About this form
According to Resolution No. 737/2025 from the Chilean Undersecretariat of
Telecommunications (amending Resolution No. 1,985 of 2017), all reduced range equipment
sold in Chile must include a QR code on its packaging, linking to a website
containing commercial information, technical specifications and a declaration of conformity.
This form allows you, as a supplier or manufacturer, to submit the required information
for each device (brand and model) that you market through Artilec.
Important: The submitted information will be reviewed by the Artilec team.
Once approved, the data will be published on the corresponding product page to comply
with current regulations. You will receive a notification when your submission is processed.
Supplier Information
Contact details of the person responsible for this submission. This information will be used for communications regarding the status of your request.
Product Identification
Select the brand and model of the equipment for which you wish to register the compliance information.
You must complete one form per equipment model.
Section A: Equipment Commercial Information
Information about the manufacturer or importer in Chile, as required by Art. 2, section 2), paragraph A of the technical standard.
This data will be published on the website accessible via the equipment's QR code.
Section B: Equipment Technical Specifications
Technical information of the equipment as per Art. 2, section 2), paragraph B of the standard. All this information must be documented in the Test Report.
Section C: Declaration of Conformity
Statement certifying that the equipment complies with the Technical Standard for Reduced Range Equipment (Art. 2, section 2), paragraph C).
The text is pre-filled with the standard declaration. You may modify it if necessary.
Note: The declaration text must be in Spanish as required by Chilean regulations.
Section D: SUBTEL Certification (optional)
According to Art. 2, section 2), paragraph D (Res. 2,219/2025): for equipment authorized by SUBTEL
through a Certification Notice with applications filed before February 21, 2026, it is sufficient
to publish said certification. If your equipment has this certification, check the box below.
Approval process: When you submit this form, the information will be reviewed
by the Artilec team. If the data is correct and complies with current regulations, the submission
will be approved and the information will be published on the corresponding product page. If
corrections are needed, we will contact you at the email address provided.
